Please let us know right away by clicking on the Get Help tab at the top of our web page or by emailing email@example.com. We'll handle the claim process and get your replacement out promptly. Whenever possible, please send pictures of the damage so we can turn those into UPS or FedEx.
If you would rather, instead of sending the replacement we can give you a coupon or a refund for the damage or missing items. Just let us know what works best for you.
