Shipping Damage & the Round Stickers

We are always improving our processes here at Bramble Berry and as part of that we believe strongly in personal accountability. Therefore, if you find that your order has been damaged during shipping or that an item is missing please let us know about it. Go to and click on our support tab. Let us know what has been damaged or is missing and give us the name on the large round sticker located on the outside of the box. This will help us determine where the package originated so we can make adjustments to ensure that your products arrive safe and sound. 

OR if you are absolutely delighted by how your package arrived, you can let us know the name on that large round sticker and we will pass it on. We are big believers in positive feedback and we let the whole team know!
