Make sure that you are logged in with an account to www.brambleberry.com so that the items in your cart are saved to a specific account and don't disappear. For those of you not using an account, do be aware that navigating away from www.brambleberry.com or being inactive for more than 30 minutes could result in your shopping cart being dumped as we have no way to save items.
