We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.. We do not accept personal checks.
Declined Credit Cards: If your card is declined, it is most likely due to an incorrect billing address or security code. To fix this you can either enter in your older billing address and your current different shipping address or you can call your bank to have your information updated. There may be a pending charge on your account for each declined attempt. This pending charge should drop off within 24 hours.

We are in the office from 9:30 am to 4 pm pacific time. Please leave a message if you get our voicemail -- we return all messages left before 4 pm the same day.
Please note that our transit and turnaround times begin after we have received valid payment information.
All refunds are returned to the method of purchase.
Please be aware, if you’re using a person to person money transfer app or a virtual credit card, we may not be able to refund back to your account and will need to either send you the funds via PayPal or as a Bramble Berry in-store gift card.
