Damaged or Missing packages

If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the box the damaged items, and the packaging then contact us right away. That way we can file a claim for you with the shipping company and get your replacements out the door.    

For missing items, please call us we will gladly investigate. If your order doesn't show up, we will handle all of the claim paperwork and help to get you a refund or replacement. Please call us immediately toll free at 1.877.627.7883.

BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address that was on the original order, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.
