MSDS, Lot Numbers, and other documentation.

Please request ALL documents at the time of purchase.

MSDS are attached to the online description for all products that have them. To access the document, all you have to do is click on the cloud icon next to the word MSDS in the product description. To view or print out the MSDS you will need to use Adobe Acrobat (a free program).

We are only required to supply the MSDS and all other documents are based on availability. IFRAs and EU Allergens are not always on hand, but we are happy to email the vendor for what we don't have. We will only provide IFRA, EU Allergens and C of As for products you have ordered.

*** We are a cosmetic warehouse and NONE of our products are meant for internal use ***

Lot Numbers: We are more than happy to provide Lot Numbers for product that have them. Please ask for Lot Numbers at the time of purchase as we cannot provide them after your order ships. You can request them by either emailing info@brambleberry.com or by leaving a note on your order.

Certificate of Analysis (COA): This document features the lab testing results for a specific batch product. If you need the lab results for any of the items you've bought please ask for both the COA and Lot number at the time of purchase. We cannot provide the correct documents without the lot number. We cannot provide lot numbers or COAs for samples or sampler sets.

MSDS also known as SDS: This document has the transportation instructions including DOT standards. If there is any legislation about the product such as a Prop 65 warning it will have that too. There are two sections to note, Section 3 has the hazardous material list and section 9 has the characteristics like specific gravity. Please remember, the MSDS assumes a 100% usage rate and most cosmetics use much less. Also, MSDS are only for things that are considered hazardous. If an item is not hazardous or controlled by the Department of transportation, then it may not have a MSDS.

IFRA: IFRA stands for International Fragrance Association and while they aren't a governing body, they are highly respected. These documents have the standard usage rates for our fragrances. Here's their website for more information: http://www.ifraorg.org/.  Please note, we cannot provide IFRA Documents for essential oils.

EU Allergen: These are European standard or common allergen statements that list the known allergens in a fragrance formulation. It features the percentage concentrate of each present known allergen, but should not be taken as a complete listing of the fragrance oil compounds. Essential Oils do not have EU Allergens.

We are only required to supply the MSDS. All other documents are based on availability and while IFRAs and EU Allergens are not always on hand, we are happy to email the vendor for what we don't have. We will only provide IFRA, EU Allergens and C of As for products you have already ordered. Please request them at the time of purchase.
