Tracking your order & Status

To track your package, log into your account and view the details for your order, copy the tracking number and then paste it into a google search. This will pop up the carrier and give you the location. 

You can log into, click on account, find your order to look at the status.  Here's a guide to what each status means:

  • Order paid  -- Order has been paid and no action has been made on it.  If you need to add to your order, write us at 
  • Printing -- we're printing your order for the warehouse to fill. It's too late to change or add to your order. 
  • Order to Warehouse -- your order has been printed and is currently in the warehouse being packed. It's too late to add or change your order. 
  • Completed -- Your order is on the way to you!

Once your order has completed, the tracking number will be either in your account or in a separate email.
