Where is my order?

There are several ways you can find out the status of your order.  First you will want to log into www.brambleberry.com, click on account, find your order and look at the status.  Here's a guide to what each status means:

  • Order paid  -- Order has been paid and no action has been made on it.  If you need to add to your order, write us at orderchange@brambleberry.com. 
  • In Process -- we're getting ready to send your order to the warehouse. This includes looking for special requests and notes that we may have missed.  
  • Order to Warehouse -- Your order has been printed and is currently in the warehouse. It's too late to add to your order. 
  • Completed -- Your order is on the way to you! Yay! 

Once your order has completed, you should be able to see a tracking number next to it as a clickable link.  If you aren't seeing one, please give us a call at 877.627.7883 or email us info@brambleberry.com and we will find it for you.
