Where is my order?

There are several ways you can find out the status of your order.  First you will want to log into www.brambleberry.com, click on account, find your order and look at the status.  Here's a guide to what each status means:

  • Order paid  -- Order has been paid and no action has been made on it.  If you need to add to your order, this is the time to write us at orderchange@brambleberry.com so that we can help you with that!  
  • In Process -- Order has been moved into the next category where our Order Manager searches for special requests.  Once your order is in this category, you cannot change your order.   
  • Order to Warehouse -- Your order has been printed and is currently in the warehouse being organized
  • Completed -- Your order is on the way to you! Yay! 

Once your order has completed, you should be able to see a tracking number next to it as a clickable link.  If you aren't seeing one, please give us a call at 877.627.7883 or email us info@brambleberry.com and we will find it for you.
