If you need to change the shipping on your order, there are a few ways to do it based on where your order is.
If your status says:
Order Paid, Change Hold
Order Paid, No Change
Order To Warehouse
Either leave a note on your order or email email@example.com as soon as possible so that we can change the address on your order before it ships. You can also call us at 1.877.627.7883 and we can change it over the phone.
If your order has already shipped, then the best possible way to get your address changed would be to create a www.UPS.com account, enter in your tracking number, and then pay for the address change. You can also give us a call or email and we can figure out how much it would be to change your address.
If you are okay with picking your order up from a UPS facility, having them hold it for pick up can be done online (after logging into your UPS account) or over the phone by calling UPS 1 (800) 742-5877.
